I am a psychotherapist, mindfulness educator and the founder of Conscious Beginnings – Psychotherapy & Mindfulness Education.
I work with clients struggling with stress, anxiety, trauma, and self-esteem issues. I am also an associate of Mindfulness Works Australia, one of the leading mindfulness training organisations in Australia and New Zealand.
I have been practising meditation and mindfulness for over 10 years and these practices became an essential part of my daily life. Mindfulness and meditation helped me to turn my life around from anxiety, excessive worry and depression into living with joy and serving with purpose.
My passion is to empower people to overcome their fears, achieve their full potential, and live with joy & vibrancy.
